Magnesium Bisglycinate

Description

Chelated and buffered magnesium with the addition of glycine. Highly bioavailable and gentle on the digestive system. These 500mg capsules provide 100mg of elemental magnesium.

Magnesium is thought to be beneficial for muscle and nerve function, cardiovascular health, stress and bones. The added glycine may also be helpful for improved sleep, mood, cognition, hormones and skin & joints.

Recommended Intake

1-2 capsules daily with food.
