Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate 500mg capsules.

Calcium Alpha-Ketogluturate or Calcium AKG is a molecule found naturally in the body, but levels decline as we age. Primarily used to increase energy, but can help to increase your good health in later life, and lifespan in a variety of ways.

An ingredient called Aquamin is also included in these capsules. Aquamin is a highly bioavailable source of minerals rich in calcium.

Recommended Intake

2-4 capsules daily.

Calcium Alpha Ketoglutarate 500mg (21% calcium), Aquamin TG 150mg (contains unmodified maize (corn) starch), Magnesium Stearate 10mg.

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Cautions

Up upper limit of 2000mg of calcium daily is considered to be generally safe, excessive levels of calcium intake can lead to adverse health conditions.

Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Discontinue use if adverse reactions occur.
