Vitamin K is an essential vitamin and comes in a variety of forms. Our capsules are made using menaquinone 7 or MK7, the purest, most natural and most active form of Vitamin K. We recommended taking this alongside Vitamin D.

Recommended Intake

1 capsule daily with food.
